How do I upload photos to my event?

To upload photos to your event:

  1. Log in to your photographer account at app.images.events
  2. Click "New Project" or select an existing event
  3. Click "Upload Photos" button
  4. Select multiple photos from your computer or drag and drop them
  5. Wait for the upload to complete (you can continue working while photos upload)
  6. Add captions or tags to help guests find their photos

Supported formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 50MB per photo.

How much do I earn per sale?

Your earnings depend on the product type and size:

  • 8x10" Print: $58.85 per sale
  • 11x14" Print: $72.99 per sale
  • 16x20" Print: $94.50 per sale
  • Framed prints: Additional earnings based on frame selection

You can view detailed pricing in your dashboard's profit calculator. All prices include production and shipping costs—you keep the photographer's share shown.

When do I get paid?

Photographer earnings are paid out monthly on the 15th of each month for all completed orders from the previous month. To receive payment:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25
  • Orders must be delivered (not just placed)
  • Your payment information must be complete in your account settings

Payment methods: Direct deposit (ACH) or PayPal. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

How do I find my photos from an event?

Your photographer will share a direct link to the event gallery with you. You can also:

  1. Click the link your photographer sent you (via email, text, or social media)
  2. Browse through all event photos
  3. Use facial recognition to find photos of yourself (if enabled by photographer)
  4. Filter by photo number or time taken

No account required to view or order photos!

What print and frame options are available?

Print Sizes:

All prints are produced on premium photo paper with museum-quality archival inks.

How long does shipping take?

Production Time: 3-5 business days

Shipping Time (US):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: 10-15 business days (varies by country)

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our prints:

  • Defective Products: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged in Shipping: Free replacement—contact us with photos of the damage
  • Wrong Item: We'll send the correct item at no charge

Note: Due to the custom nature of printed photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect photo selection. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, as long as production has not started.

To request a cancellation or modification:

  1. Email support@images.events immediately
  2. Include your order number and requested changes
  3. Our team will confirm if the modification is possible

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. You'll receive an email when production starts.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use industry-leading security measures:

  • All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
  • We never store your credit card information on our servers
  • All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption
  • We comply with GDPR and CCPA privacy regulations
